By registering with Worldwide Dispatch Services LLC, you agree to our standard dispatch service terms. We act as your authorized agent to find freight, negotiate rates, and manage paperwork. All carriers must provide valid MC authority, CCI, and W-9 during onboarding.
Dispatch fees are due upon receipt of payment from the broker or shipper. If a carrier fails to remit the agreed-upon dispatch fee within 7 days of being paid by the broker, Worldwide Dispatch Services LLC reserves the right to take legal action.
This includes, but is not limited to, filing a formal complaint with the FMCSA, pursuing collections, and reporting the delinquency to industry credit bureaus.
Worldwide Dispatch Services LLC operates on a percentage-based fee structure. Because we do not charge any setup fees or monthly minimums, and we do not collect advance payments, no refunds are offered once a load has been successfully booked and the service has been rendered.
Your data is protected. We use industry-standard encryption and secure systems to store your carrier information, rate confirmations, and broker packets. We never sell your data to third parties. Your business information is only shared with vetted brokers and shippers for the purpose of booking and managing your loads.
Our communication systems are secured. By providing your contact information, you opt-in to receive dispatch updates, load alerts, and service communications. You may opt-out of promotional messaging at any time by contacting us directly or following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages.
